Originally from Oklahoma and then Colorado, Josh came to Idaho for college. After getting married he moved down to Boise to dive into real estate. Along with being a commercial agent, he’s starting up a real estate investment & development company, Copium Investments, with his dad and brother. Josh is head of acquisitions and constantly studying this hot market, looking for commercial deals and land development opportunities. 

On the side, Josh does social media marketing, along with drone and photography for both work and fun. Josh loves all things sports, outdoors, hunting, and spending time with family.
