About Me:
Jean Cariaga is a partner in Smith & Coelho as well as a co-owner of Development Services, Inc. ("DSI").
Smith & Coelho provides services in all areas of real estate including residential, commercial, land sales, development property and new construction. Jean has over 15 years experience in real estate and development and specializes in new construction and resale of existing homes in the Treasure Valley.
DSI provides homeowner association management services (both full service and accounting only) as well as development consulting and architectural review services. Jean has experience in HOA management, architectural review services and development consulting to enhance your residential, commercial or development real estate needs.
